The Rienzie Group further diversified their business by entering in to the tyre industry through its subsidiary Nova Tyre (Pvt) Ltd. The formation of this company was initially mainly as a backward integration exercise as the Rienzie Group possessed more than 30 trucks and other heavy vehicles that needed constant tyre maintenance. The management eventually decided that retreading our own tyres was a much more cost-efficient exercise than paying a higher price to a 3rd party.Today, Nova Tyre (Pvt) Ltd. is capable of handling the retreading of a wide range of tyres.
